如何順利觀賞網路會議 ?

網路直播 (Live Webcast)

  • 為確保最佳效果,瀏覽器建議使用IE,Google Chrome, Firefox。
  • 註冊頁面非強迫性質,建議填寫正確資料,以供主辦單位於線上 Q&A 時辨識您的身份,以及於會議後聯絡使用。
  • 若主辦單位提供線上Q&A功能,您可於網路直播時輸入問題,主辦單位將安排特定議程進行回答。

投影片

  • 線上直播不提供投影片同步切換功能,但您可點選「前、後箭頭」或「特定的投影片頁」進行投影片的閱覽。
  • 若無法看清楚投影片的內容,您可利用投影片右上角的「放大鏡」功能。

影片

  • 您需要利用 Flash Player 11.1 或以上版本來收看網路直播。
  • 依據您所使用之硬體及網路狀況,於畫面或聲音出現之前,可能會有數秒的「緩衝處理」的時間,請您耐心等待。
  • 有時因網路系統原因,當影像畫面出現停滯現象時,建議可點選「Refresh 頁面更新」,以便繼續觀賞。
  • IE 的安全性等級建議使用中高等級,可依照以下步驟來設定:
    IE > 工具 > 網際網路選項 > 安全性 > 調整安全性等級。

網路重播 (Webcast Replay)

  • 為確保最佳效果,瀏覽器建議使用IE, Google Chrome, Firefox。
  • 註冊頁面非強迫性質,建議填寫正確資料,以供主辦單位於會議後聯絡使用。
  • 會議重播通常會提供投影片同步轉換功能,您可點選「前、後箭頭」或「特定的投影片頁」進行投影片的跳頁、切換。
  • 依據您所使用之硬體及網路狀況,於畫面或聲音出現之前,可能會有數秒的「緩衝處理」的時間,請您耐心等待。
  • 若無法看清楚投影片的內容,您可利用投影片右上角的「放大鏡」功能。
  • 若您想儲存投影片,可利用主辦單位所準備的「下載」功能。

為何不能順利收看?網路會議中常見的問題

  • 網路直播常見原因可能是您的連線頻寬不足,Wifi上網較不穩定,建議使用 ADSL。
  • 有時因網路系統原因,當影像畫面出現停滯現象時,建議可點選「Refresh 頁面更新」,以便繼續觀賞。
  • 貴公司設有防火牆或其他安全設定,而無法收看網路廣播,建議貴公司 MIS 人員於會前先進行以下網路設定:

How to Access Webcast Successfully?


Live Webcast

  • Recommended browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox.
  • The login page is not compulsory, please fill in your correct contact information because the information is provided for Q&A session identification purpose, or further communications after the event.
  • In the event that online Q&A function is provided, you can input your questions at any time during the event, your questions will be handled by the event host according to the event agenda.

About Slides

  • 4. User-controlled slides are provided for live webcast, you can access each slide by clicking the "Previous / Next" button or specific slide listed under the main screen.
  • 5. Please click on the "Enlarge" button to zoom in the slide.

About Slides

  • Flash Player 11.1 or versions above are recommended for the live video.
  • Due to your hardware and internet bandwidth condition, please expect several seconds of "buffering" before the media begins to play.
  • From time to time, the video screen may freeze due to connection problem, to deal with a frozen video screen, please refresh the webpage to return to the webcast.
  • Please adjust the IE Security level at Medium-High according to below steps:

    IE > Tools > Internet Options > Security > Security level for this zone (Medium-high)

Webcast Replay

  • Recommended browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox..
  • The login page is not compulsory, please feel in your correct contact information because the information is for event host’s further communications after the event.
  • For webcast replay, slides are synchronized with video / audio, you can access each slide by clicking the "Previous / Next" button or specific slide listed under the main screen.
  • Due to your hardware and internet bandwidth condition, please expect several seconds of "buffering" before the media begins to play.
  • Please click on the "Enlarge" button to zoom in the slide.
  • For download purpose, please click the "Download" button.

Frequent questions on how to access the webcast successfully

  • The most common reason is inadequate bandwidth for your internet connection. For ideal access, ADSL is highly recommended.
  • From time to time, the video screen may freeze due to connection problem, to deal with a frozen video screen, please refresh the webpage to return to the webcast.
  • Firewall settings or other security arrangements of your company's network may be another reason why you are not able to access the webcast. We suggest you to seek for the support from your company's MIS officer. Relevant network configurations adjustments may be needed:
